Booking Policy

Sacred Love Portal Booking Policy.

If you have an upcoming appointment booked with Robyn and have not paid a deposit, you will receive an SMS with an invoice attached to pay the deposit prior to your appointment. If the deposit is not paid, unfortunately, your appointment will be cancelled and offered to a client on the waitlist.

BOOKING POLICY

Sacred Love Portal is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. When you book an appointment with Robyn, you are reserving a block of time with a professional. When a client cancels or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice, they prevent another client from using that block of time. 

In order to secure your appointment, a deposit is required for all appointments at the time of booking. 
An SMS is sent out to you 48hrs prior to your appointment to confirm or reschedule.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 48hrs notice, the deposit is refunded or forwarded to the new appointment. 

If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, Sacred Love Portal reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service that was booked and would normally be charged if we can not offer your block of time to somebody on a waiting list or fill this block of time on short notice.

We do understand that things can happen unexpectedly to prevent you from cancelling on short notice and will use discretion where applicable.

All cancellations and reschedule requests must be made 48 hours in advance.
